Your life manual: read yourself like a plain-language book

Your fridge came with a manual. You did not. You probably know when you get irritable and when you procrastinate, but not why you keep tripping in the same spot. LifeOs takes your birth date, time and place, works from that moment, and writes a manual meant for one reader: you.

What the manual covers

It does not put a label on you or tell you which "type" you are. Every chapter is tied to situations you run into every week:

  • Expression and emotion: when you talk the most, when you go suddenly quiet, and what people tend to misread about you when they first meet you.
  • Relationships and communication: how you get close to someone, the first thing you say in an argument, and how much distance you need to feel at ease.
  • Work, responsibility and resources: the rhythm you do your best work in, the way you carry responsibility, and where your money and energy usually go.
  • Choices and crossroads: what you look at first when you decide, what you tend to overlook, and why the same kind of choice keeps coming back to you.
  • Your current stage: where you are right now, what is most worth pushing on in this stretch, and what is most worth letting go of.
  • Your most stable patterns: the habits that stayed the same when the people and the city changed.

The last chapter holds one thing only: the single thing most worth practising this month. Not ten tips. One.

How it is written

The raw material comes from eight traditions that all start from the moment you were born, including Chinese Four Pillars (BaZi), Zi Wei Dou Shu, Human Design and Western astrology. Each one is calculated on its own, and none of them overrides another. When several sources say something similar, the manual states it with more confidence. When only one source says it, the manual is more careful, or leaves it out.

You will not find jargon or numbers in the text. You will read sentences like "you tend to be the last one to speak in a meeting", not a string of terms you would have to look up. If a sentence would be true of anyone, it does not make it into the book.

After it is written, you get to check it

A manual is not finished when it is written. Next to each sentence you can mark "that is me" or "that is not me", and you can log what actually happens in your life. Those notes never rewrite the original data, but they make the next update closer to the real you.

LifeOs also puts your strengths, the place you most often get stuck, and this month's practice on your home screen as a daily reminder. Once a month you look back: what you managed, and what is still the same old pattern.

On a low day, you can ask about just one thing

Sometimes you do not want a whole book. You just want to know how to handle the thing in front of you. The LifeOs question desk lets you write down one specific question and draw a tarot card on the spot. That reading is saved on its own and is never used to rewrite your manual.

Frequently asked questions

Can I use it if I do not know my exact birth time?

Yes. An uncertain time makes some parts less certain, and the manual writes those parts more cautiously instead of pretending to be precise.

Does it cost anything?

Starting your manual is free. The free plan builds the complete reading instructions; paste them into the chat assistant you already use to read it. The online plan writes the manual inside LifeOs and keeps every update so you can compare them over time.

How is this different from a personality test?

A personality test asks how you see yourself. The manual works from your birth details and is then checked against what really happens in your life. The two can be compared side by side, but one does not replace the other.
